Screen Capture

ED 432 Screen Capture Assignment
I used Skitch to create three screen capture direction pages of some of the most frequently asked questions from students in the Master of Education program--

Where do I find my first semester registration form?
How can I see what classes will be offered this semester?
Where do I find the graduate school forms?

Each of these direction pages begins at the UAF homepage and leads the student to the exact location of the requested information. Step one of the first one is below. Go here to see the full example: https://docs.google.com/a/alaska.edu/document/d/1jGSuRPXMc7YIdp5DRqJ1lb5WZGuclUuU2Bh-V6EuU3k/edit
Skitch is very easy to use.  I learned in just a few minutes how to edit the screen shot-- erasing things, matching font, adding arrows and adding text. I wanted to do two things that I couldn't -- curve the arrow and use something different (beside an arrow) to point to things.  I'd like to try other programs that do this same thing to see if there are more options. This is a very useful tool and I plan to use it frequently!
